This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
